I am looking for a girl to take over my lease in a 2 bed, 2.5 bath unit at The Retreat for the [removed phone] school year. The move-in day is August 21st! It's less than five minutes away from Texas State University, has amazing amenities and has all bills included except for water and electricity(you'd be splitting with the other person). The lease is from August 21, 2015 - August 2, 2016. The rent is $704 for the bedroom and the unit and community has amazing amenities that you won't find anywhere else. It's also on the Bobcat Shuttle route. I'LL PAY YOUR WATER AND ELECTRICITY BILLS FOR THE FIRST MONTH! This is the only room in any of the 2 bedrooms available.
