I am subleasing my room with attached private bathroom at Hillside Ranch Cottages. There are 3 other girl roommates who are hardly ever home. Rent includes internet and cable and electric is through the city and is about $40 a month. Pet friendly Washer and dryer in the unit across from your roomHillside has a business center, study lounge, pool, basketball courts, fitness center, volleyball courts, bbq pits, free tanning beds and fun events with food at least every month.
